Hi! I'm Savanna, Licensed Massage Therapist. My practice takes place within CrossFit Sabal Park, in Tampa! I've been blessed to be in this field since 2019 and taking the chance to start my own small business. I take interest in therapeutic and sports massage, but I still leave room for those who simply want to relax and unwind. There is nothing more important than physical health, but also mental health. I love to incorporate cupping and Graston tools in my sessions to achieve maximum fascial release, accompanied by myofascial techniques and muscular activation. 

For myself, I enjoy being in community of CrossFit and exercising alongside with them to maintain health and strength. I love being able to educate to the best of my ability to help others and creating a safe space for whomever.
